The only good thing about Victor Kolonoscopy is he left Russia so one less critter to destroy and plunder it. I always knew russians were petty, vindictive and long term planners for revenge.  They should have fired him long ago instead of making him a useless fellow. At least my Presence when talking to someone would be to their face instead of their feet and butt. And no problem with taking my work and passing it off as his new idea to get his promotions like the web site or program enhancements.. I am sure his presence in Russia would be missed.. NOT.. What I found a lot with these shysters is that they dont mind taking credit for your ideas and efforts even if according to them they can do it better and you are not capable and lack Presence.  In many cases its your efforts that they pass off as their own to meet deadlines or actual projects they could not do.

He would drive to work, park his car there and get a rental and drive to the air port where he would park it and catch a flight. Then he would rent another one to drive it around.. Anyone with any sense knows this is udder crap but the press eats it up because it sounds good with no reality. But it has global implications even if its udder bull.
